A Modern Concrete Grey Kitchen in Greenhill, Sheffield 

When this couple decided to renovate their home in Greenhill, Sheffield, they wanted to replace a dated kitchen with a lighter, more modern space that felt both practical and modern. Transforming a Dated Kitchen 

Located close to Graves Park, Beauchief Abbey and Abbeydale Industrial Hamlet, this Sheffield kitchen project focused on modernising the entire feel of the space and creating an overall brighter and more functional kitchen. The homeowners wanted a kitchen that balanced practicality with a premium contemporary look. By updating the layout and adding integrated appliances and bespoke storage solutions, the finished design feels significantly more streamlined and easier to use day-to-day. 

The combination of lighter finishes and carefully planned display features also helps the room feel more open and visually refined. 

A Sleek Contemporary German Kitchen 

For colour scheme this client went with the stylish Nobilia Riva range in Concrete Grey, which creates a bold modern aesthetic while remaining highly durable and practical for busy everyday living. This industrial-inspired finish is paired beautifully with Smokey Marble quartz worktops and matching quartz upstands, adding contrast and a luxurious finish throughout the space. 

A number of standout design features help elevate the overall look of the kitchen, including tall open shelving, illuminated glass tambour units and a striking waterfall-edge worktop that creates a strong focal point within the room.

Practical storage played a major role in the overall kitchen design. The project includes a wide range of upgraded storage solutions designed to improve organisation and maximise every inch of available space.
